    • Prices: are quoted in USD. 

    • Payments: are accepted via credit/debit card and managed by Stripe. Initial payments must be made prior to our meeting.

    • Refund: While I am very knowledgeable with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture, I still have a lot to learn. Therefore, if I don’t have an answer to your question, you will receive a refund.

    • Screen-sharing: I mainly use Google Meets for video conferencing. However, I am open to try other services.

    • Remote Access: I will use Chrome Remote Desktop browser extension to remote access your screen. If you wish for me to have remote access to your screen, please download the app and install it here.

    • I need more time: If you need more than 2 hours, or consultation for a group, send me an email with your request at info@tdvisionuniversity.com.
